GARO expanding lighting range with four new LED strips

GARO is now expanding its lighting range for the construction industry by launching four brand-new LED strips: Helios, Terra, Luna and Nodus. Designed for specific professional applications, these strips offer safe and dependable lighting even in the most demanding environments. The new products are adapted to the harsh weather conditions of the Nordic climate and meet the industry’s strict demands on efficiency and sustainability.

Helios is a double-sided light string, perfectly suited for stairwells, railings, fences, and scaffolding. Terra is specifically engineered for tunnel and mining construction, offering market-leading performance. Luna is designed for construction sites and events, distinguished by its unique continuous LED illumination instead of traditional diodes. Nodus is a complete emergency exit solution featuring three separate light strings interconnected by cable.

Safety, quality and full standards compliance

The new LED strips meet all relevant European safety and EMC standards for lighting. This means they have been tested and approved for:

• Electrical safety and design in accordance with the EN 60598 series

• LED modules in accordance with EN IEC 62031

• Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in accordance with EN IEC 55015 and EN IEC 61547

• Flicker, disturbance levels, and power network impact in accordance with EN 61000-3-2 and EN 61000-3-3

• Human exposure and environmental impact in accordance with EN 62493
