Whistleblowing policy
We are determined to detect and deal with serious irregularities that can seriously harm our business or employees fast and with determination. Therefore, since 2021, we have maintained an external whistleblowing system. Employees are often the first to discover misconduct at their workplace, and it is important that an employee who discovers wrongdoing by GARO or any of our employees, consultants, contractors or suppliers is able to report it without risk of retaliation.
Whistleblowing system
To simplify the process of reporting something that goes against ruling legislation, ethics, morals or GAROs Code, we have an external whistleblowing system. With this system, employees and business partners can report with guaranteed secrecy. All reports are received and investigated by an external party.
