GARO Entity User is a shared app for both employers and employees. Thanks to the charger’s built‑in energy meter, the app can display each user’s exact charging history, making it possible to create a fair billing basis — for example through payroll deductions.
The app is available in nine languages and includes smart features that make charging simple for both administrators and users. With GARO Entity User, your workplace gains a smart, user‑friendly, and future‑proof tool for managing EV charging.

Simple and transparent
With the growing demand for workplace charging, it is important to choose a system that enables fair billing — only those who actually charge their EV should pay for the electricity consumed.
GARO Entity User measures each user’s energy consumption from one or several charging stations on-site. This consumption can then be compiled into clear reports in the web tool, forming the basis for billing each user. At the workplace, the charging cost is typically deducted directly from the employee’s salary.

With GARO Entity, you don’t just get an app, you also get a smooth and intuitive web tool for easy administration of your charging system. The web platform is designed to make it simpler to view, manage, and follow up on charging sessions, giving you full control of all charging stations at your workplace. The same login credentials are used as for the previous GARO Connect app.
