GARO launches new installation tools for GARO Entity

We are now releasing our new app GARO Entity Installer and a web tool for those installing the GARO Entity charging station. The solution has been developed from the ground up based on feedback from installers and real installations in the field. The result is faster, clearer, and more user‑friendly tools that simplify the job — from planning to commissioning.

With the new tools, installers can design their charging system in advance, either directly in the app or in the web tool on a computer, and then access the installation guide in the app once on-site. The installation workflow guides you step by step through the entire process, making installation both faster and more structured than before.

With the new solution, installers get:

• Easier management of the charging stations you install and maintain

Together, the app and the web tool make it easier than ever to plan, install, and manage your GARO Entity charging stations.

GARO Entity Installer is available for download in the App Store and Google Play. The previous app, GARO Connect, is intended to be replaced by the new tools and is therefore planned to be removed from download on August 31, 2026. Click here to access the new web tool. The same login credentials are used as for the old GARO Connect app.

New app also for users and system owners
On April 7, we also launched GARO Entity User — a separate app for users and system owners of GARO Entity charging stations. System owners also gain access to the web tool, where they can monitor system status after installation, manage users, and generate reports. Click here to read more about GARO Entity User.
