GARO launches new app for users of GARO Entity

We are now launching GARO Entity User – a completely new app for users of our GARO Entity charging station. The app has been developed from scratch based on feedback and real user needs. The result is a faster, clearer, and significantly more user‑friendly experience that makes it easier to manage EV charging.

Built on a modern platform, the new app offers improved stability, faster response times, and a more intuitive design. Navigation is clearer, it is easier to find history and features, and the flow for starting a charging session has been simplified with fewer steps. The goal has been to create an app that solves real user problems and ensures charging starts quickly and smoothly every time.

That’s why we developed GARO Entity User entirely from the ground up to meet real needs and create a faster, more intuitive experience. All essential features from the previous solution, GARO Connect, remain in the new app, except for the reporting tool. GARO Entity User is available for download in the App Store and Google Play. The previous app, GARO Connect, is intended to be replaced by these new tools and is therefore planned to be removed from download on August 31, 2026.

Web tool for system owners
For system owners of GARO Entity charging stations, a new web tool is launched simultaneously. Together with the app, it provides faster, simpler, and more intuitive tools for administration and system management. The new web platform also offers an improved reporting tool for history and follow‑up. Click here to access the new web tool. The same login credentials are used as for the old GARO Connect app.

New tools for installers launching on April 14
On April 14, we will also launch the GARO Entity Installer app – a dedicated app for installers. Together with the new web tool, installers can now plan and design a system of wallboxes in advance.
