GARO Entity User is an app developed from the ground up based on real user needs and feedback. The result is a faster, more stable, and significantly more user‑friendly app than before. Its modern design provides a clear overview and easier navigation. The app is shared by both owners and users of GARO Entity — such as family members or guests.

You can easily start and stop charging remotely, schedule charging by time or electricity price, and follow the charging process in real time. You can also receive notifications if charging is paused due to high household electricity consumption.

Price Adaptive Charging

With GARO Entity User and the Price Adaptive Charging (PAC) feature, you as an EV owner can optimize your charging according to the lowest electricity prices offered by your energy supplier*.

Price Adaptive Charging automatically makes your charging more cost‑efficient based on the cheapest spot prices retrieved from Nord Pool, the Nordic electricity marketplace. This feature is included at no extra cost for owners of a GARO Entity — your only requirement is to have an hourly pricing contract with your electricity provider.

*Requires an hourly price agreement with your electricity supplier.

Charge on your terms

When you use GARO Entity together with the app, you decide who charges and when. This means that no unauthorized person can access your charger. Through the app, you can easily add or remove users. Charging cannot be interrupted by others, as the cable automatically locks into the car when connected and the vehicle is locked. You can also link an RFID tag to a user. Tags can be ordered separately, and many existing RFID tags you already own may also work for identification. You connect the tag to the user directly in the app.

With GARO Entity User, everything is gathered in one place. If you have multiple chargers at home, you can easily manage and control them all through the app. You can also add an unlimited number of users, making it easy for both family members and guests to use the system.
