GARO Entity User is a shared app for both property owners and residents. Thanks to the charger’s built‑in energy meter, the tools display each user’s exact charging history, making it possible to create a fair basis for billing. The app is available in 9 languages and includes smart features that make charging simple, for both owners and users. With GARO Entity User, your housing association gets a smart, user‑friendly, and future‑proof solution for managing EV charging.

The app and web tool provide clear charging monitoring, RFID management, energy consumption data, user and period statistics, reports, and billing documentation for GARO Entity.

Individual user statistics

Each user gets access to the chargers that are connected within the area. Login takes place in GARO Entity User, where both users and property owners have access to relevant functions. Users can view statistics on their own charging and energy consumption, and manage their RFID tags.

Valuable energy monitoring

For the property owner, the tools generate a detailed basis that makes it easy to allocate costs between individual users. Energy monitoring per charger, user, and time period also provides valuable insights when evaluating charging habits and optimal placement of charging stations.
