GARO launches a new generation of cable distribution cabinets for low-voltage power distribution
GARO is now launching an entirely new segment with solutions for low-voltage power distribution up to 400A. The initiative includes a comprehensive product portfolio designed to ensure safe and reliable power distribution in public environments and infrastructure projects.
The new range of cable distribution cabinets provides a complete system solution for applications up to 400 A and has been developed in accordance with the EBR guidelines of the Swedish power industry. The products have been designed with a strong focus on user-friendliness and flexibility. Their spacious design offers more room than comparable cable cabinets on the market, simplifying installation, handling, and future modifications. The solutions are engineered for safe and reliable power distribution in public environments and infrastructure projects and are optimized for straightforward professional installation and long-term operation in Nordic conditions.
"With the launch of our new low-voltage power distribution range, we are taking an important step in our strategic investment in infrastructure. We are offering a complete system solution that combines safety, durability, and flexibility, developed to meet the demands of both today's and tomorrow's energy systems," says Daniel Bentzer, Country Manager Sweden at GARO.
"Energy systems are undergoing rapid transformation, and the demand for robust, safe, and future-proof infrastructure continues to grow. With our offering in electrical installation, EV charging infrastructure, and power distribution, we are strengthening our position as a significant player in the energy systems of the future and are able to support our customers throughout the entire value chain," continues Daniel.
Magnelis® for maximum durability
Material selection plays a crucial role in both sustainability and service life. The cabinets are manufactured from the premium and environmentally friendly material Magnelis®, offering exceptionally high corrosion resistance (C5) and certified by RISE Research Institutes of Sweden. The self-healing zinc coating provides long-lasting protection even on processed surfaces, making Magnelis® particularly well suited for installations in demanding and public environments.
EBR-compliant range with three models
The range consists of three models developed in accordance with EBR guidelines:
- K2 (Enclosure width: 376 mm)
- K3 (Enclosure width: 626 mm)
- K4 (Enclosure width: 826 mm)
Together with a comprehensive range of accessories, they provide a flexible and future-proof solution for a variety of installation requirements.
