A new generation of installation tools.
We are now introducing our completely new app GARO Entity Installer and a new web tool for installers of GARO Entity. Developed from the ground up based on installer feedback, these tools have one clear goal: to make installation faster, easier, and more intuitive.
Design the system in advance and then access the installation guide directly in the app once you’re on-site. The installation workflow then guides you step by step through the entire process. Fast, smooth, and simple. The previous app, GARO Connect, is intended to be replaced by these new tools and is planned to be removed from download on August 31, 2026.

A new app has landed.
We’ve listened to you, the installers. That’s why we developed GARO Entity Installer, a more user‑friendly app that makes installing GARO Entity easier. Together with our web tool, it is now simpler than ever to plan and complete charging station installations. More control, less hassle.
For your customers, there is now a separate app: GARO Entity User, where system owners and users can easily manage and monitor their charging.
Web tool for installers.
With GARO Entity, you don’t just get an app, you also get a smooth and intuitive web tool that simplifies planning and installation. As an installer, you can design the entire system in advance, either directly in the app or in the web tool on your computer. This is especially useful when installing multiple charging stations at once.
Once the system is planned, an installation guide is generated, which you can easily retrieve in the app when you’re on-site. This gives you better oversight, simpler handling of the chargers you are responsible for, and a faster workflow in the field. After installation, system owners can also use the web platform to monitor the system, manage users, and generate reports. The same login credentials are used as in the previous GARO Connect app.
