Working at GARO means everyone trying to follow our policies. For instance, we are all responsible for the quality being as high as possible just as we are all responsible for everyone liking their job, to mention just two important factors.

As far as possible, work in production is on rotation. We do this to reduce occupational injuries and to have as much flexiblility as possible with our employees, but we also believe that the work is more enjoyable if you know how to do different things.

Our staff association is called SKIMRA and its board is made up of committed, imaginative and dynamic employees who like to fix things for their workmates. All the members of the staff association pay a small subsciption fee each month and if someone is not a regular member they can of course pay to be a guest member.
